2. How to Request Deletion

  • In-app: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account, which submits an automated deletion request.
  • Web Request Form: Access our public deletion request portal at wrindhaos.in/contact (or direct web form), accessible without needing to install the app.
  • By Email: Write to wrindhaos@gmail.com from your registered email address, or provide your registered phone number, so we can verify your identity.

5. What May Be Retained, and Why

Consistent with our Data Retention & Deletion Policy, we may retain limited records after deletion where required by law or legitimate business need, including:

  • Billing & Transactions: Billing and transaction records required for tax, accounting, or audit purposes (retained per statutory limitation periods).
  • Fraud & Abuse Prevention: Records reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Aggregated Analytics: Aggregate, de-identified analytics that no longer identify you personally.
  • Dispute Support: Support ticket records needed to resolve an open dispute at the time of deletion.

Any such retained data is kept only as long as necessary for the specific purpose and is not used to re-activate or reconstruct your deleted account.

6. Effect on Subscriptions

Important Subscription Notice: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel your subscription separately via Google Play before or after requesting account deletion to stop future billing; see our Subscription Policy.

7. Timeline

We aim to complete account deletion within 30 days of a confirmed (Scheduled) request, except where longer retention is required as described in Section 5.
